--- Right from day one, we have always made great service and efficient communication with our customers a mainstay of our business ethos ---

We promise you:

• Your enquiry will be dealt with in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

• We’ll discuss with you how we can best achieve what you’re looking for and give you straightforward cost options to consider.

• We’ll arrange to send you samples of appropriate fabrics, or discuss using your own if you prefer.

• We won’t waste your time! If we are not the right company to provide what you’re looking for, we’ll be honest and try and direct you elsewhere.

• We won’t ever be ‘pushy’. None of our staff are paid on commission or have ‘targets’ to meet.

We obviously are very pleased to become the ‘go to’ sewing company for many of our long standing customers who order from us regularly.
